I have a payout has been hold for over a week. Until now, airbnb support team is no longer response to my message. I still don't know the reason and what i have to do. Has anyone had the same issue?
If you owe Airbnb money, they may take it out of your next payment. For example if a guest canceled and qualified for a refund but you were already paid, Airbnb can set this amount off against your next payout. I don't have enough information to know whether something like this may be the case?
