Payment process 2022

Good afternoon

I am seeking clarification on the payment process from when a reservation has been accepted

 The reason i ask is because currently i have guests in the Villa, but yet the status on bnb states I am not currently hosting! The guests arrived 14th March, but payment has not been paid out, however I have a message that says pending and the amount pending is stated. Does that mean money will be paid?

Speaking strictly from my experience, I find that my 'payment processed' email arrives almost exactly 24 hours after check in.  It's always the day after check in and usually around 3pm local time. From there it takes 2-3 days for the payment to hit my account.

 

Regarding the Airbnb status not showing that you're hosting -  I've been seeing that alot lately on the App, which I primarily use.  The app frequently shows that I'm not hosting when I am....and that nobody is checking in today when somebody is.

@Heather25 If it goes into your bank account then we find that if a guest arrives on Friday  or Saturday we get it into our bank the following Thursday. If they arrive Monday it can be the following Monday when it actually arrives.

A couple of things you could check

1) Does your calendar say you are hosting?

2) Are the bank account details for payment correct?

I always have great payments process ,money will be my pay pall account in 24 hours  until last week. My guest stayed 4 days, no payment. Airbnb support person advised me couple of days ago payment will be in 24 hours, nothing happened. Maddening enough I received payments from 5 different guest .That specific payment still on future payments list.

I don't know what to do ...

Hi

Usually i have a good pay out process with Airbnb, but similarly to Mara  I have guests who have been in for three days, and today notified me that there card has been blocked, I advised them if they could register a different card with Airbnb. 

I do not know what would be the best advice to give them. Does anyone know who I should contact in Airbnb?
