Payout for stays of 28 days or more - new host

I'm more than a little confused!  I have my first reservation booked for 53 nights (scary!).

Reservation is from 8th June - 31st July.

In my host payout section it's saying I'll get 2 payouts - on Tuesday 6th / Thursday 7th August?

These aren't even correct dates as the 6th is a Friday and the 8th is a Sunday?

I'm very confused.  These dates are also listed against the discount section.

I'd be so grateful if someone could make sense of this for me.  I'm nervous enough having such a long stay as my first booking!

Airbnb pays every 28 days.

The first 28 days you will receive 24 hours after check-in.

The next 28 days you will receive 28 days after check-in.

The problem is that Airbnb does not hold the entire amount of the stay on the guest's credit card, but always charges every 28 days.

If at the beginning of the second month the guest's credit card has a problem and cannot be charged, you will probably go unpaid, as Airbnb will ask you to resolve this issue directly with the guest and disclaim any liability.

For this reason I do not accept bookings longer than 28 days.
