Payout paused

My payouts was paused since November 2022.  My account was verified,  the  customer service says my payout paused due to verification process. We are currently missing all the payouts for entire month of November and December 2022 for a total of 12k, I’ve to pay my bills and rental fees. I’ve been calling and texting Airbnb customer service, everyday I get the same answer. The customer service even tell me, he can’t transfer my call to the special team to get an answer. I really hope I’ll receive my payout before Chinese new year😞😞.

I've verified my identity on 4th December 2022, but the payout still pending. I've called them for answer, but no solution from Airbnb. The customer service said I've submitted all the information they need, all I have to do is wait, wait & wait. The customer service is not helpful at all! I've been waiting so long to get this resolve. I cant pay my bills and rental.
