Payouts being held

We have multiple listings as hosts in Canada and Airbnb has held our payouts for over a month saying we need to update our info (KYC).

 

We have over a dozen support messages and made multiple calls, all of which result in what looks to be a Copy and Paste answer giving us a link to update.

 

Every link sends us to a page that tells us all of our info has been updated with no option to add anything missing.

 

On a support call today we were told our info is waiting to be verified. They told us there is nothing we can do but wait, even though this process takes a max of 72 hours according to AirBnb.

 

Has anyone faced this issue? Is there legal action that can be taken?

I'm so sorry to hear you'd been facing issue with this process and your payouts put on hold. Since you posted a while ago, I wanted to check in to see if you had heard back from the support team about it? Is everything resolved or do you still need more help?
