We have multiple listings as hosts in Canada and Airbnb has held our payouts for over a month saying we need to update our info (KYC).
We have over a dozen support messages and made multiple calls, all of which result in what looks to be a Copy and Paste answer giving us a link to update.
Every link sends us to a page that tells us all of our info has been updated with no option to add anything missing.
On a support call today we were told our info is waiting to be verified. They told us there is nothing we can do but wait, even though this process takes a max of 72 hours according to AirBnb.
Has anyone faced this issue? Is there legal action that can be taken?
