Where do we have to upload passport which we get from guest

Hello i am an airbnb host in dubai. I need to know do we have to collect from passport from guests before checkin as our building has direct access. Also where do we have to upload it in DTCM. Kindly let me know the process.

I have not been told to upload passport anywhere neither by building management nor by airbnb. But i see some hosts who are hosting in dubai and nearby are asking for passport collection from there guests. So i need to know is this mandatory step and if it is how to follow this
