@Julie1788 What do you mean 5%? I assume you are talking about the star ratings- a 5* average?
4.8 is the criteria for Superhost, it doesn't have to be 5. So as long as it stays at that, or higher, until the following assessment date of April 1, you'll make Superhost if you meet all the other criteria.
I see you have lovely written reviews, so I'd assume that a guest or two has left a 4* overall rating not because they were displeased, but simply because they thought 4*s was a Good review (which is in fact what Airbnb tells guests) and have no idea how the star rating affects hosts.
Your lowest individual rating is on accuracy, so maybe there is something you need to make clearer in your listing? The individual ratings have no effect on the Overall, which is a completely separate rating and the only one that counts towards Superhost, but if a guest has an issue with anything, that could lead to them giving a 4* as well. Your location and value ratings are also not 5*, but there's nothing a host can really do about those- they are very subjective. Some guests don't think somthing is good value unless it's virtually free and we can't pick our homes up and move them to different location.
