No payout received

I’ve been a host for about 5 years ago.  I’ve hosted hundreds of guests in the 4 airbnb’s I have.  Without fail the morning after the first night of any stay I have always received notifications of the payout sent to my account..... but not today!  I tried calling airbnb who politely gave me an automated message saying:  “they are experiencing high call volumes” and telling me to seek online help before cutting me off.  Under usual circumstances, I would wait 24 hours before contacting them.  BUT this is a computerized process so is there a computer glitch. (There was no automatic message telling me that when I tried to call them which I’m certain they would have to prevent thousands of hosts calling)?  Or.....  with all the Coronavirus issues and the huge drop off in bookings, do airbnb have the money to pay me for the guest I am hosting?  Any of you experienced anything similar about a payout due recently?

I hosted a guest for 12 nights  in February and I still don’t get my payout.  

I contacted them and they said they are mworking on this ticket, but I have no right answers yet
