Performance percentage

Hi, I am new to Air BnB and im

really interested to know what is the average % of views to booking success? Is there any benchmark for me to compare my listing? Thanks Elliw x

You can go into your settings and look at how your listing performance compares to others under the Performance tab @Elliw1 

I don't think though the conversion rate is a particularly useful metric for you to be concerned about or what other hosts rate is.

what's important is that you are getting the bookings you want .

@Elliw1 You are absolutely correct that if you do not know what a 'good' figure is for each metric the metric is actually pretty useless. Perhaps @Scott could consider adding an average for other similar listings as an upgrade one day.
