Property Manager and Cohost for property near downtown Punta Cana Dominican Republic

Hello my name is Jannil Mezquita and I am in the process of obtaining a property in Punta Cana. I live internationally so I am looking for a cohost to be onsite for final inspections, restocking items, ensuring the house is up to standards on cleanliness, going to the property for any guest concerns and overall be my point of contact in the area for when I am not there. Any suggestions on property managers/cohosts?

On a side note I am also on the look out for a professional photographer. Recommendations are highly appreciated.

1. Ask on your local Airbnb host group and ask for recommendations for local hosts who do hosting @Jannil0 

2. You can Google photographers that specialise in lifestyle photography
