Registration forms.

So, we are relatively new to Airbnb we are in our second season. We have always included a registration form to have the guests fill out names of each person staying and ages (of children only). Also make and model of cars for each guest. Recently we had our first guest from another platform and they were very surprised at how little information we had asked for. I’m curious what everyone else uses for a registration form. There have been some instances where I feel we really do need more information from certain guess. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am new to hosting but I love this idea. How do you send the registration form and when?  After they book?  I am actually a bit nervous about my first booking.  They booked it within 24 hours of my posting it.  However since I confirmed. I have heard nothing from them.  IS this common?  I have sent a few emails.  The most recent being th check in directions but no response.  Does anyone think I should be concerned?  I also noticed that these guests had registered for Airbnb the day they booked so there are no reviews to look at.  Patti

@Gina1477in Croatia we have to register our guests to the police, immingration office.

Data required are

name and surname

type of document;  ID, driving license, or passport + the number of that document

Country of residence + town

Country of birth

Date of birth

Gender

Date and time of check-in and check out

Does he or she travels privately or as a part of an organized group/trip by an agency
