Good day my Airbnb family. We just finished hosting a not so great guest. She caused nearly $12,000.00 in damages. We went above and beyond providing Airbnb with the info that they require. It been nearly 2 weeks. They have not paid us for repair, cleaning are anything. They have stop reply to my message and have not returned requested for phone with management. When I call they promise that someone who can better hand the situation will call. This has not happened. Has anyone experienced this? How long does it take them to pay? I'm worrying for nothing? Any help will be appreciated.
