Hi I have a 3 bedroom house want to rent through Airbnb want your advise

1) Check legality in your town/county/state/country

2) Check your insurance will still cover you or the cost of new insurance when it doesn't

3) Check your mortgage allows you to rent it for short term rental

4) Check any HOA or Strata management rules

5) Be a little more specific in what advise you want LOL.
