Hi. I want to restrict people to blocks of seven nights, with check in and check out each Saturday. I can set the minimum stay to 7 days checking in on Saturday and if they book the minimum stay, there's no problem. The problem comes if they book eg 10 days. Can I restrict bookings to be multiples of 7 nights?
Thanks for your help
Hello there!
I can think of one way how to approach this.
You can create a rule and apply it manually in the calendar.
- Open the calendar, you will see Rule Sets on the right side.
- It will open a new window and you can mark check-in and check-out days.
- And then just mark all your future nights in the calendar.
Hope it helps!

Hi thanks for your response. When I open the calendar there is nothing on the right. When I click on a date there’s a button to block or release it, the price and a place for a note. Nothing about rules I’m afraid. I’m using my desktop if that helps.
thanks

@Carl5400 In calendar, go to 'availability' and select 'trip details'. There you can set custom requirements.
I also can't find a way to write in checkout days
I have the same issue - would be great if there is a way and someone can help? Thank you
I have the same issue too - there must be a bug in the calendar currently.
Same problem!
Just got off the phone with Air Bnb support. The solution that we found was to great a booking rule for each individual week during our Sat/Sat season. If you require 7 day bookings year-round then you can select checkout days under Availability -> Check-in and check-out. Otherwise, got to Availability -> Trip length and add a requirement for each week. Hope that helps!
We actually just ran into some issues with this solution and are working with support on it. Stay tuned...
Could you simply set minimum AND maximum rental to one week?
We only have Saturday check in/out during the busy season so that doesn't work for us. The other issue is that we've booked 3 week stays before and setting it to 1 week means that our listing wouldn't show up in searches for multi-week stays.
