Making my additional room available for bookings on Airbnb

If I have a guest who has reserved one of the rooms in my space, can I modify my Airbnb settings so my additional room can be available to book? The current guest is already aware and completely fine with me doing so (I asked him). What do I have to do on Airbnb to make this possible?
