Special Offer

I made a Special Offer to a guest and it was accepted.

I was then surprised to see the New Listing promotion implemented in the Special Offer after it was accepted.  I don't recall seeing this at the time I sent the Special Offer.

My real question is A Special Offer should be the final total of what the guest has to pay yes ? (including Airbnb service charges ofc)

IMO promotions should not affect a special offer.

A special offer is the renting price and the additional fees (like cleaning fee, additional guest fee).

Not the Airbnb Service costs or taxes etc..
