Slovenian host - how to start

Hi everyone, I’m looking for hosts in Slovenia that can explain how the tax registration for “sobodajalec” works. I’m a bit lost with all  the information and steps needed before even listing on Airbnb. Hopefully someone who did it themself can explain the steps in Slovenian or English. Thank you!
