Special Offers

I am new to this. I am trying to apply a special offer for a booking. I have included the cleaning fee in the nightly rent. On my end it shows the correct amount of $2500.00.  However, on the other end for a potential renter it shows $2852.94. Does anyone have any insight as to why this is happening? When I created the special offer it said to include the cleaning fee.

The guest has to pay also the Airbnb Guest Service fee (approx. 16-17,5%) and local taxes (if any). You can see what the guests have to pay in the "special offer form" or by using the Price Calculator in the calender.
