We've just completed the renovation of our brand new Studio Apartment that requires Management including cleaning and inspections. It's our first, so looking for any good advice too.

Sorry, nothing on this conversation to date and I'm not sure how to make the conversation relevant to the community within a certain region. Looks like I can only comment to the entire community, which seems pointless.
