It will be a year this September does booking pick up in summer?

Hi Diane! 

Our Company has found that things seem to be slowing down in our area YoY. I think it is partly due to the economy, and partly because of the oversaturation of the market. 

My best suggestion is to really alter pricing based on the demand for that time period. Sometimes in slower months you can't get as much as you had hoped, but, with the busier seasons it tends to even out
