Taax info request

One of my guests received a "host" tax info request.  She swears she does not have a hosting account.  She wonders if it was meant for me.  I checked my tax info, it is all there as it has been for years.  Plus, I did not receive this from Airbnb.  This is really strange, anybody have experience with this?

@Chris13657  Seems they have a big tech glitch. Another guest just posted that it happened to them, too.
