Taxes Not Being Collected

I have 5 listings in Pinellas County Florida where Airbnb has been collecting and remitting taxes.  I noticed last month that one of my listings were not showing taxes.  I reached out to them on the 14th of February and has still not been resolved.  They are telling me it can take up to 30 days to correct.  What?  Why would it take up to 30 days to add the proper taxes to my listing?

They tell me the situation will be handled via email.  When I try to email them I get an email back stating Airbnb has not received your message.  Airbnb insists upon inserting themselves into our business and them manages to mess it all up.

Nothing yet. They said if it’s not resolved by the 20th of March to reach out again and they will look into it 🙄
