Hi Many thanks to you both, I am a super host since 2013 so well experienced with Air Bnb my frustration is that the support team was not able to offer a resolution or even a timeline. Due To my persistence I am now dealing with someone much more senior and I’m told it has the highest priority. I hope for a resolution in the next 24 hours. I don’t think this is only me though which is why I posted this on the community site I think there must be some technical glitch thank you Narelle
