What factors a long-term guest would look at when considering an apartment?

Hello everyone,

I'm Ha, an Airbnb host from Vietnam. I'm planning to set up my apartment for long-term guests so I'm just wondering which would be the factors that encourage long-term guests from other parts of the world to consider renting an apartment? What are the amenties that long-term guests usually look for when they consider an apartment.

Many thanks

Ha from Vietnam

Definitely a  kitchen with space in the fridge for the guest to use.  Depending on what your place is like, you may consider a kettle, microwave and bar fridge in the room or for the exclusive use of guests.  Also have other kitchen equipment available.

Washing machine.

WiFi.

It really depends on what sort of long term guests you envisage having for your listing @Ha21

If it is business guests then good wifi and 24 hour check in.

Obviously a decent kitchen,  with washing machine and a living space.

A TV with cable channels etc seems to be an essential for North American guests.
