What to expect per night?

Hey there!

I'm looking at purchasing a off market property near Potter RD Garfield township MI. My plan is to build my primary residence there as well as a small guest house (500 to 700 sq foot) to help pay for it. My question is how much can i expect to make per night? From what I gathered thus far 130ish seems reasonable. What are your thoughts? All advice welcome!

@Brandon486 Just search for similar listings to that which you propose and you will see the prices charged. If calendars are fairly full these will be accurate to what people are actually achieving
