Wrongly Suspended Listing

We are currently in need of assistance due to Airbnb's stubbornness. We manage a total of 60 short-term rental properties. Recently, a couple contacted us for help with their newly purchased property. Despite providing proof of purchase and documentation, Airbnb suspended our listing, claiming it was a duplicate of a previously suspended listing. We have provided the closing documents but Airbnb's lack of transparency and refusal to overturn the appeal has left us feeling falsely accused and discriminated against. It has been a frustrating experience trying to make Airbnb understand that the listing belonged to the previous owner, not us. We are seeking help to resolve this issue.

@Rod-and-Rosa0 Do you know why the listing was suspended under its previous ownership? I wonder if this is still relevant today.

Also I see you are spraying around discrimination accusations. I am wondering on what basis you feel discriminated?

Hello Mike and Jane, we're not sure why the first listing got suspended. We've been accused of duplicating a listing, which we didn't do. We're reaching out to the agent who had the listing to see if the sellers can shed some light on this situation. I feel discriminated against, not because I'm Hispanic woman, but because Airbnb can't seem to tell right from wrong. They haven't given me a chance to address my questions or look at my documentation, and they won't deviate from their scripted responses.

@Rod-and-Rosa0 Not being able to tell right from wrong is not discrimination. My point is that spraying discrimination accusations around devalues true discrimination.

Contact Airbnb support and ask the reason why the previous listing was suspended, after you know the reason, try to get a solution accordingly, try changing the images of the listing, edit the information and make some changes, check it the location of the listing is correct and matches with the description, it may help, my friends have had the same issue before but most probably its because of the incorrect location.

I just took a look at your listing and noticed that all of your listings are active. Has this situation been resolved for you?
