@Paula tagged me on your post. As @Helen3 mentioned, the Co-Host percentage depends on many factors and is based on what tasks you are assigned to do. If you handle only online functions (maintaining the listing info, calendar, pricing, guest communication), then the fee is usually 20%. If you perform in person duties at the listing like cleaning, maintenance, greeting guests etc. the percentage can be 40% or higher. Be sure to sign a contract that clearly outlines the responsibilities of Co-Host and Host and I would suggest a short 3-4 month contract initially. This gives you (and the Primary Host) the to option to opt out if things aren't working out.
Co-Host and Host must be able to work together and be on the "same page" when it comes to the standards that will be set for the listing.
