I am writing this message on October 3rd. I still have not received the payment of my guests who entered my house on September 1st. The Airbnb system shows that the payment is complete, but I can prove to airbnb that I did not receive the payment with my bank documents. The support team keeps saying "you have to wait", "it's being reviewed". I know that all my other payments are made on time to the same bank account. it's all airbnb's or payooner's fault but i'm expected to fix the problem. Why is no one helping me?
