We have a very serious issue. Airbnb has not paid us for months now and keeps our money. We tried to communicate but their phone system hangs up after a few minutes waiting and they send generic messages avoiding to address the issue. Our email is ** if someone can help!!

I am having the same problem. Ignore all requests. Is this their new policy, to earn interest on,our money?
Two suggestions from past posts:
1) Embarrass them on Twitter asking why they haven't paid you
2) Ask previous guests for stays that haven't paid out to contact Airbnb and ask why their host hasn't been paid.

Thank you. I’ve been tweeting, but no joy. I will contact my guests. It’s all very worrying, as even with COVID there’s no reason for non payment to hosts.
