problem with payounts

have contacted the customer support and if first they at least said they will have someone investigating the issue, then now just being ignored.

OMG....I am in the same situation!  I just hosted a guest for 3 nights  - she is long gone for the past 2 days. Tried customer service - they are telling me I will get an answer /fix by the end of day....promise not delivered yet.  I have another guest in 2 days!.... not sure what to do!

i am in the same boat. i am owed money from two weeks ago. they say they have paid my paypal account but they haven't. how long do we leave it before we flag this up in the national papers and tell all hosts. it is robbery and i feel totally abused; i trusted airbnb and they have broken that trust big time

Update from us- still waiting. More than three months, over 3000€ and repeated phone calls and chat contacts- still just pending. Very worrying
