can't add multiple business owners for payout

Hey, 

I'm getting more and more frustrated by the minute.

We started running airbnb like a month ago with 4 partners and also an official business.

While setting up the airbnb account we just put the data of one partner. (we all own 25% of the company)

After stating that I just own 25% of the company, nothing happened, we got verified and started to take reservations and bookings.

After not getting any payouts I started to contact the support team. After that they told me that they need the business registartion papers to verify all partners. After doing so, they keep on giving me this link to add all partners https://www.airbnb.com/account-details?source=rav this page redirects me to a page where I can just see that I'm verified but I cannot add or edit anything. It's been weeks and the support can't help me, they just keep sending me this link. I have emptied my cache and cookies tried it on multiple laptops, phones and tables and I still land on the same page.

My question now, did anyone else had the same issue and knows where I can add or edit multiple partners to my business account.

Airbnb is holding more then a month worth of paymet from us I'm really getting nervous about this..

It sounds like you didn't really  take the time to familiarise yourself with how Airbnb works before setting up your listings on Airbnb  and set them up on your personal account rather than what you should have done which is a business account. 

Take a breadth and have you and your partners read through the link below and the Airbnb Help page to familiarise yourselves with how you can use Airbnb's platform to promote your STR business on Airbnb. 

Sorry I don't have any suggestions for how you unpick this issue.
