If you have several properties then it is a good idea to have everything in one dashboard I only have one property on airbnb these days, all my others are LTR I used to use iGMS I found it good and easy to use good backup and response time,

Everyone is saying that you should do direct bookings on your own website.  Seems like you have to build each listing again.  Is there an easier way?

Having your own DBS is a good idea people say, I got myself one a few weeks ago, I have all my previous guest details in a whats app group so I can send it to them, plus I have been promoting it on FB groups lots of clicks on it,

It's easy enough to build a web site but you need payment facilities which is not easy to get, I can show you what I did but I will have to send to your in box,
