house insurance

Hi.

   I am in the uk and only rent one room for Airbnb and very occasionally I am not there.  I have been told that the only company who will give me house insurance is A plan and only in one office in Farnborough. They will charge me £400 this year and if I was not doing airbnb i would only pay £150. I am told they are the only company who will insure for this.

Anyone out there know of any other company who will insure?
