I agree with @Helen3 DO NOT use a large management company to list your property. They will insist on making themselves listing owner and therefore all reviews stay with them if you part ways. Most of them have a dismal track record as well. Type the name of the one you are considering in the search the community box and you will see all the comments.
It is a much better option to hire an experienced Co Host who will setup the listing under YOUR name as owner and add themselves as Co Host. They can then be named as "Primary Host", but you retain ownership of the listing. If you have to terminate your arrangement, you keep all the reviews and retain control of the listing.
Be sure you complete a written contract and include a failure to perform clause that what will cover you if you have to terminate the agreement due to their poor performance. You should clearly indicate what qualifies as "failure to perform" in the contract. It should also clearly outline what duties you both will perform and for what compensation for the Co Host.
