security deposit set up

I am trying to add a security deposit to my listing  before i publish. the directions on line seem fairly easy. However, i am not seeing the 'extra charges' option under pricing. can someone assist? thank you!

@Clinton50 Just so you are aware - Airbnb do not actually charge a security deposit. The amount you put in your listing is of limited value (I think its just an ability for Airbnb to charge a guests credit card in that amount).

thank you. Yes, we understand that. But we are having issues even setting up the security deposit option in the pricing area. the directions say to choose "extra charges." but this table does not even show up under "pricing" for us. does that make sense?

@Clinton50 It should be under listing - pricing - standard fees and charges

If it is not there then I suggest you publish the listing and then immediately snooze it.

This will open up many more options to you and this may include the security deposit
