transfer bookings from the sellers account

Hello I recently purchased a property that has already booked all out. I am wondering if there is any easy ways to transfer the current bookings to my account after closing?

As the owner of the airbnb should have told you the listing is not transferable so you can't do that .

What discussions did you have about what will happen to the bookings they are holding before you bought the property @Guang32 

I suggest you look at your contract and see what it says /talk to the owner .
