2 Villas - 4 bed rooms hosting

Hi,

I have 2 villas - colocated in a serene tea garden.  Each villa has 2 bed rooms each. I would like to rent it as follows.

+ 2 villas (villa 1 and 2) with 4 bed rooms together for 8 guests

+ Villa 1 with 2 bed rooms for 4 guests

+ Villa 2 with 2 bed rooms for 4 guests

+ Private room 1 in villa 1 for 2 guests

+ Private room 2 in villa 1 for 2 guests

+ Private room 1 in villa 2 for 2 guests

+ Private room 2 in villa 2 for 2 guests 

I have already created one listing for the first option (2 villas). It is mentioned that I should create a separate listing for each option. I think there must be an easy way to meet the above requirements. Appreciate your help in advance.
