24 hours gone ZERO support from Airbnb - is this the standard ? is there an email to get help ontime

after 24 hours I havent receive any help

 

is there an email to ask for support on this site ??

 

is there any kind of help for problems related to issues impacting sales ?

You are posting on a host forum, @Maria---Luis0.   Hosts are directed to the Community because many times issues can be helped by other hosts willing to respond.  Actually even though I have answered many questions, I am always learning more about the platform.  Anyway, you don't post what the issue is so we cannot be of help.
