6 different listings in one house

i have 6 listings at our house - custom designed home/ upper level Bnb and are missing out on bums in bed due to the fact that when emailing one person another does this instant booking thingy!!!

this happened twice today. i got the bookings 1 @ 4 nights and 1 @ 3 night but missed out on a 18 night stay.

any ideas.

We turned off the instant book exactly for that reason. When somebody books, we have to accept or decline. I quickly look at all a calendars (although some if them are linked) the approve or decline the booking.

I accept the first personne who made the réservation. I don't look if it's in my advantage or not.
However I don't do instand booking.
