A charge for 5 rooms booked

Hi ,

I am looking for an Understanding for guest who has booked 5 rooms only to Pay $80. Our room rates are $40 therefore how did we end up with $80 for 5 rooms? Name of the guest name is Pamela Gwatidzo. Booked at Zambezi Way Lodge.

The way you have set up the listing someone can book all of your 20 rooms and pay just US$45 total per night.

You need to have a separate listing for each separately rentable room. As you have 20 rooms you'll need to add 20 listings, one for each room. Then delete your current listing that shows the 20 rooms.

Your listing is not correct. You offer a whole Lodge( Hotel) with 20 bedrooms for USD 45,- a night. There is no price set for additional guests, so someone can book the whole Lodge for this price, bringing in 16 people !It also says: 1 bed, allthough 20 people can sleep....

At least set the price for additional guests, but even better: Create a listing for each room in the lodge, with proper pricing. Your current booking (Pamela) is  a result of your own mistake in pricing. You can try to contact Airbnb and ask for a cancel (Or cancel it yourself, but then you are penalized). Then deactivate your listing and setup everything in the proper way, before activating it again. BTW Allways simulate some bookings on your listing to check if it works as expected !
