Accessing my host account

After 4 months of trouble free use of the hosting website, suddenly I cannot access it. The screen tells me I have entered an incorrect password - I have not - but when after several attempts I gave up & got the reset button, both passwords that I entered were refused as it said that I had already used them. This is complete nonsense, I cannot get to check my calendar, messages etc & it's driving me mad! How can I resolve this?
