Adding Hot tub worth the investment- Palm Springs area

Hello, we are located in the desert 🌵 and wondering if a hot tub adds and value. We do not have a pool and in off season .. the hottest time.. rates have dropped and it’s competitive.. not sure if they will use during summer but I guess could cool off if not yawing the heat..

We are in Western Washington state, at the beach and are wondering if we can also increase our shoulder and winter season rental and over all return on investment by adding a hot tub. We have never owned or maintained hot tub before.
