I had Olivier Korthals Altes as a guest from 23 to 25 september 2017 (2 nights, AirBnB guest) . Today I have had a call from my bank (which I registrated here) the bank manager told me that the bank which transfered money to my acount is requesting the money back full amount I don`t know why, the guest cheked in and stayed here for two nights and he confirmed his checking on time and he had no any comlaints regarding the services we provided, moreover he wrote very good reviews about my place. Could you please solve this problems and reply as soon as possible.
