It seems I’m not receiving texts on time, and have lost a couple of bookings as a result. Does this happen to other hosts? And can anything be done about it?
In your account profile you have notification settings, right? So it is good to check on the settings to make sure nothing has changed. Also, if you think it is a system error in that you are not getting the notifications as your profile reflects, check your cell provider as well.
@Julian1019 This is being reported by other hosts recently and mine have also been erratic. As I'm in Mexico, you are in Thailand and other hosts having ths problem are in yet other parts of the world, it has nothing to do with the cell provider, it's some kind of Airbnb glitch.
