Airbnb PLus Sucks

Im hoping someone will read this and try to help or at least help airbnb change their process with Plus. Its has been a terrible experience. I have always been a huge supporter of airbnb and have loved giving my all to the wonderful guest that weve had. I thought plus made sence. My place is special and i think it stands out so why not.... I payed $150 and a photographer came took photos and left. Then airbnb sends me a list of 13 things that need to be fixed. Most of them are picture of things that make no sence. One is a picture of a window with the message saying "this bed has no mattress, please have sheets and 2 pillows" I have spents 10 days messaging them, every time it gets worse. Ive mesaged support too and they have been 0 help and now for 3 days unresponsive. I feel that i could make the whole process better by showing us the pictures they took. The guy that took pictures odviously missed taking picture of my entire loft because they tought i olny had 1 bed. Someone Help please

@Alexander691   I suggest you do a search on this site for other threads regarding Plus. Many. many, negative posts about it and many hosts who tried it now opting out. You lose all control of your listing, they reduce your text to next to nothing, and you have no more control over your description, the photos ar often terrible and you have no choice but to use them, and hosts reported that not only did they not see an increase in bookings, their bookings evaporated. You might want to rethink this.
