Airbnb asking for review for guest who cancelled with me

Hiya guys - yesterday the lady who was booked with us had to cancel (after check in time) as her dog became so stressed on the journey to us that she decided to take it home. Airbnb are now asking me to review her as she didn’t cancel with them - should I just ignore the review request and will this affect my superhost status? Many thanks

@Amanda1127   Automated message to review does not take into account any circumstances and not doing a review on every once in awhile will not adversely affect your host status.  If she did not cancel, then you will be paid.  Is she asking for a refund?

I would just ignore the request to review. Otherwise your guest will get a notification that you reviewed her and airbnb will ask her to review you in order to read the review. You could risk a less than 5 star review - and there is no reason to risk that 🙂
