Airbnb duplicated payments to my acount and deducted from other accounts and offer no real help.

I am a superhost and I manage several appartments.

Airbnb Duplicated a payment to my account for my comisions by mistake nearly 2 weeks ago. Now they are deducting money from other clients accounts, its a mess!

I have been calling for more than a week, I've been hung up and they say its not their problem, but Payoneer's. 

They gave me a big accounting trouble, I have been left in the middle between my clients demanding me to solve the problem and Airbnb not helping me and telling me to deal with the problem that they made, that its not their problem.
