Airbnb not paying canceled reservation and not supporting superhost

 I had reservation that was cancelled upon arrival of guests. Guests accused me to threatened them, probably to avoid payment, as they didn't liked property ( I haven't been at home at all. Support agent called 5 min after their call, advising me to give them full refund just to avoid stress which I wasn't agreed as I was innocent. Following days they returned all money to them, block my days but haven't blocked me from site nor took my superhost status. When I asked several times what was final decision they said iam stil superhost but they will not provide feedback and they do not have to provide it to me. That's how they treat superhost. If someone had similar situation please advise as iam prepared to sue Airbnb for unpaid reservation.

@Marin36  Wait, your apartments are called Pink and Floyd?  That's genius!

That's beyond annoying.  Just keep fighting with them.  They shouldn't be allowed to take money out of hosts' pockets.  I had two cancellations this summer and I refused to allow full refunds for either, even though Airbnb asked me many times.  However, your case is different, because Airbnb has already refunded the money without asking you, AND has blocked your calendar - it's insupportable.  Yet it's true that they do not have to tell you why.  Which has driven many hosts nearly mad.  

Anyway, does the guest have any proof at all that you threatened them?  That's a serious charge and just horrible that a guest would do that just to get their money back.  Keep fighting.

Hi Ann,

Of course they do not have any proof as I was in other state in the moment of arrival. I even offered half of money just to rid such guests to stay in my house - who knows what else they are capable to do. Airbnb told me they are holding money until case is solved which happened on they of supposed departure of guests, and than stating they do not hold money anymore.

As all of us I earned superhost status with going beyond and after to please all kind of personalities, therefore I was upset with how they threaten this case as those are serious charges as u mentioned.

As u see I am still super host, and huge fan of Floyd's music.
