Removing a property from Airbnb and the owner wants to manage it himself.

I have an owner who wants to take over management and so I have a couple of bookings which I would like for him to keep, but I want to transfer it all over to him. What do I have do do?

Hi @LJ-Hooker-Bribie-Island0 If you have created a listing on your own profile there is no way to transfer anything over to the property owner- you'll need to honour the booked guests/add the owner as a co-host to manage them, and then de-list, and the owner will need to create a new listing on their own account.
