Host cancellation

We have to cancel booking in 5 months time which is more than enough notice.  We have multiple properties on airbnb and this property owner decides they don't want to fulfil booking and we therefore have to cancel.  Owner is non negotiable.  We do not want to lose super host status.  Any advice?

@Donné2  There are three potential ways to avoid the removal of Superhost status after canceling a booking.

(1) extenuating circumstances.

(2) Airbnb cancels it

(3) get over 100 bookings in 12 months at the next evaluation date.

Most likely you only have option 3. I saw that you have 10 listings. If you can get over 60 bookings completed in the next two months and I assume that you will have 100 bookings in the 12 months, you can cancel 1 booking and still keep your Superhost status.
